Divisions are interchangeable, so the faster a player progresses the quicker they move up divisions. If a player shows regression or lack of commitment, they can be moved down divisions. When a player reaches D1 the structure is focused on getting the player to the next level, this includes:

  • Players own personal basketball journal for lessons and keeping track
  • 2x/week 90-min semi-private skill sessions
  • Weekly 60-minute group strength sessions
  • Monthly scouting reports for tracking progress

  • Direct contact with Coach Jeff for questions /guidance

MORE ABOUT TRAINING

Frequantly Asked Questions

What age group do you coach?

I coach from the ages of 7+, I am less concerned about age and more interested in skill level and passion for the game.

What days are the basketball sessions?

D2 is Fridays @ 4:30-6:00pm.
D1 is Mondays and Fridays @6:00-7:30pm for the girls and 7:30-9:00pm for the boys.

Where are the basketball sessions held?

All sessions are held at Empowerment Squared, located at 26 Arrowsmith rd. Hamilton, ON L8E 4H8

How do I know if this is the right program for me?

You won’t know unless you try! Players’ first sessions are always free to analyze if the fit is good between the player and program. If the first session is a success, we register the player and get to work.

Will the program make me go to the NBA?

The odds are not in your favour; high school players have a 0.03% of making the NBA and 3% of making a college/University team. I don’t make false promises; my focus is to maximize the talents of every player I work with.
